Returns and Refunds

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is here to offer a fair and simple solution.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Please request any change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or production, so changes can’t be guaranteed.

  • To request an update, email [email protected] with your order number and details.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging.

  • Custom/personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we may provide a return label.

  • Return shipping is covered only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Other return requests may be reviewed case by case.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, or for size/color changes (excluding sale items and custom-made items).

  • Please contact [email protected] to request help and a return label (if applicable).

  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll send the replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and approve your return.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • A partial refund may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition.
