 - Shipping Time: This starts after processing and is influenced by the selected shipping method and your destination.
 
Please be aware that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons and promotional events.
We collaborate with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated time for delivery is a combination of both the processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships.
 - Check tracking status directly on our website.

Shipping Delays
- If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
 - Please reach out if any unexpected delays occur so we can assist. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
 
Undelivered Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, first thoroughly check the delivery location.
 - Then, contact the shipping carrier about the issue.

Incorrect Addresses
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
 - Please double check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately about any errors.
 
Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country.
 - Sportswearmerch is not liable for customs fees if: 1) Package is rejected by recipient, 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
 
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
